Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the intended date of travel. Visa processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. All fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted for processing, regardless of approval or refusal. Visa approval does not guarantee entry into Saudi Arabia. Final entry permission is determined by immigration authorities upon arrival. Travelers must comply with all Saudi laws, immigration regulations, and visa conditions during their stay. Any fines, penalties, or consequences resulting from overstaying or violating visa conditions are the sole responsibility of the traveler. We are not liable for visa refusals, processing delays, travel disruptions, airline cancellations, or losses resulting from government decisions.
